Rolston elabo rates: \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Marketing is what people want; engineering is what we can do; user experience is &#8216;Here&#8217;s how people like to do things.&#8217;\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<p>I really like that idea of \u00e2\u20ac\u0153a user-experience\u00e2\u20ac\u009d document. Or at least the idea that the user experience &#8211; not the feature or change itself &#8211; is a documented requirement in a design.
